This fully self-paced program fits seamlessly into your schedule, wherever you are. Over the course of 8 weeks, learn essential tools to improve your perception of bothersome tinnitus through the development of a mindfulness practice. Each week comes with a learning session that will teach you a key aspect of mindfulness, a breathwork strategy, and a new guided meditation.
